Scheduled summaries send a current Notion list to Discord on a daily, weekly, or hourly schedule. Start with one short list people already check: customer follow-ups, due today, unassigned tasks, launch checks, or weekly review queues.

Not scheduled changes
Scheduled summaries rebuild from the items that match right now. Notification-rule Scheduled changes sends what changed since the last run.
Build One Useful List
Open Scheduled Summaries, choose Create summary, then set the source, destination, schedule, and Summary content. Create it, send it once with Run now, then adjust the rows before the first scheduled send.

Daily and weekly summaries run during the chosen hour in the chosen timezone. Moving one later to a time that has not happened yet can trigger another run in the current day or week.
