Build the menu

  1. Open Discord Commands, then open the Panels tab.
  2. Create or reuse the page lists and create commands the panel should launch. Create-command buttons need Selected database or Selected parent page.
  3. Click Add panel.
  4. Set Name, Panel title, and optional Panel text.
  5. Add buttons, choose each Button action, then set Button text, Emoji, and Color. Drag buttons to reorder them.
  6. Choose the Discord channel, click Save, then click Publish in Discord.
Panels point to saved commands and lists
Build the create command or page list first. A panel button points to that saved command or list; it does not create a new command, list, modal, or filter by itself.

Pick button actions

Create command Opens the saved create modal. The command must use Selected database or Selected parent page. Intake buttons for bugs, requests, tickets, or ideas
Choose in Discord stays slash-only
Create commands that ask people to choose a page in Discord are marked Not supported in the button picker. They still work when someone types the slash command.
