Give NotiCord Access in Notion
If a page or database is missing in NotiCord, the cause is usually missing Notion access or a short propagation delay.
If this subscription's Notion workspace connection is disconnected, NotiCord shows a direct Connect/Reconnect Notion button in Settings and setup flows.
Disconnecting Notion in one subscription only disconnects that subscription. Another subscription that uses the same underlying Notion workspace keeps its own connection.
Share the page or database with NotiCord
- In Notion, open Settings.
- Go to Connections.
- Find NotiCord and click ⋯.
- Click Select page access.
- Select the pages or databases you want NotiCord to use.
- Click Confirm.
Refresh the picker in NotiCord
After sharing access:
- open the picker again
- use the search box first
- open Can't find your database? or Can't find your page?
- click Refresh list or paste a Notion URL or ID directly in the help panel
- page pickers only show pages outside databases
If it is still missing
- Confirm you shared the exact page or database you want
- Retry for up to 1 minute after the access change
- If the database has multiple data sources, make sure you pick the right one after pasting the URL or ID
- If you are not a Notion admin, ask one to grant access
- For page rules that should watch child pages, share the parent page you selected
If access was removed later
If a page or database was shared before and later became unavailable, NotiCord keeps the affected workflow visible and tells you what to fix:
- notification rules and scheduled summaries stay on their pages with a blocked state and a Fix Notion access link
- Discord Commands shows an unavailable database or configuration error instead of silently removing the saved command or page list
- editors keep the missing page or database visible so you can reconnect access or choose a replacement
After you restore access in Notion, refresh the picker or reopen the editor. If you no longer want to use that source, pick a different shared page or database and save again.
If Notification History says "Sent with warning"
That means the Discord notification was sent, but NotiCord could not read part of the page body in Notion.
The usual cause is nested or linked content that is not shared with the NotiCord integration.
Share the related nested pages or databases too.
