Give NotiCord Access in Notion
If a page or database is missing in NotiCord, it usually means Notion access is not shared with the NotiCord connection.
Step 1: Open Notion connection access
- Click Settings (left sidebar).
- Go to Connections.
- Find NotiCord and click ⋯.
- Select "Select page access".

Step 2: Grant access
- In the access modal, select the pages or databases you want NotiCord to see.
- Click Confirm.
- In NotiCord, open a database picker (Notifications or Tasks) and click Refresh list. Most updates appear quickly, but some can take up to 1-2 minutes.
⏱️ Access Propagation Delay
Right after changing Notion access, database/page pickers can update gradually. Many updates appear quickly, but some can take up to 1-2 minutes.
Still missing?
If the item still doesn't appear:
- Re-open Settings → Connections → NotiCord and confirm access is granted.
- Try Refresh list again and retry for up to 1-2 minutes.
- If you are not the workspace owner, ask an admin to grant access.
