Page List Commands
Page list commands let people open a saved list of Notion tasks, pages, tickets, or database items in Discord and browse from there. After setup, NotiCord starts you with /pages for browsing shared pages.
Pick the right source
| Source | Best fit |
|---|---|
| All pages | Broad workspace lookup with simple page fields |
| Database items | Structured lists with filters, sorting, quick actions, and richer fields |
| Selected pages | Curated reading lists, one fixed page tree, or a narrow collection |
Build a list people can scan
- Open Discord Commands and switch to the Page lists tab.
- Edit
/pages, or click Add page list for another list. - Name the list, choose the source, and keep the slash command obvious.
- In Row fields, show only the fields people need to decide which result to open.
- In Page details, put the extra context people should see after clicking Details.
- Create the page list, or click Save draft if you need to finish setup later. Once the list is created, test it in Discord.
Keep the list easy to use
- Keep rows short.
- Put the extra context in Details, not in every row.
- Use Show More in Discord when a saved list has more than 10 matching pages.
- Add filters, sorting, quick actions, or a header row only when they make the list meaningfully easier to use.
- Add quick actions only when the list also includes Details, because they live on the opened details card.
Common gotchas
Status, Select, People, and the is me filter work only on database-backed lists. Comment and file-upload quick actions work on any list source, but quick actions still need Details in each row. If you use is me or Assign to me, the runner also needs account linking.
