Frequently Asked Questions
How does the free trial work?
Start using NotiCord immediately with a 14-day free trial that starts on Team. No credit card required.
During the trial, you can switch to Solo or back to Team from Billing without opening checkout. After 14
days, add payment to continue using the service.
What counts as a notification?
Each Discord notification sent by a notification rule counts as 1 notification. If multiple rules match the
same Notion event, each notification counts separately. Commands and button interactions (status changes,
assignments) don't count toward your limit.
What happens if I exceed my notification limit?
Notifications will stop when you reach your monthly limit. You'll see warnings at 80% usage in your
dashboard. To resume notifications, you can upgrade to a higher plan or wait for your monthly limit to reset
on your billing date. Commands and quick actions always work regardless of usage.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. During an active unpaid trial, you can switch between Solo and Team in Billing without opening
checkout. After billing starts, use the Stripe billing portal for plan changes.
What counts as a team member?
A team member is anyone who has linked their Discord and Notion accounts within your subscription. The team
member limit applies to linked identities, not to the total number of Discord server members. Unlinked
members can still see notifications and use basic commands.
Do you offer refunds?
All payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. We encourage you to use the 14-day
free trial to evaluate the service before adding payment. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and
your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
