What counts as a notification?
Each Discord message posted by a notification rule counts as 1
notification. If multiple rules match the same Notion event, each
post counts separately. Commands like /notion create-task and button
interactions don't count toward your limit.
How does the 14-day trial work?
Start using NotiCord immediately with all Starter features included.
No credit card required to begin. After 14 days, you'll be prompted
to add payment to continue using the service. Cancel anytime before
the trial ends with no charge.
Can I change plans later?
Yes! Once Pro, Business, and Enterprise plans are available, you'll
be able to upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect on
your next billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my notification limit?
You'll receive a warning when you reach 80% of your monthly limit.
At 100%, new notifications will be paused until your next billing
cycle or you upgrade to a higher plan. Commands and quick actions
continue to work normally.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days of your paid
subscription, contact us for a full refund. After that,
cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
When will Pro/Business/Enterprise plans be available?
We're launching with the Starter plan to validate product-market
fit. Higher tiers will be available based on customer demand. Join
