What counts toward monthly notifications?
Counts
- Notification-rule deliveries
- Scheduled summary deliveries
- Plain Discord messages sent by Automations
- Comment-mention DMs
- Each delivery when multiple rules match one event
Does not count
- Slash commands such as create commands, page lists, or
/find - Quick-action clicks
- Automation Actions that create or reuse channels or threads, add people or roles, create Notion pages, or add Discord embeds to Notion pages
- Dashboard usage
What happens at the monthly limit?
New notification deliveries and plain Discord message Actions stop until the next billing period or until you move to a plan with more notification capacity.
Saved rules, scheduled summaries, Automations, commands, and page lists stay visible so you can still review and edit them.
How do trials and paid billing work?
The free trial lasts 14 days, starts on Team, and does not require a credit card. You can switch between Solo, Team, and Pro in Billing during the trial without starting checkout.
If you add payment during the trial, the trial ends and the selected paid subscription starts immediately. You are charged at that time.
After a trial ends, NotiCord blocks notifications, summaries, Automations, Discord commands, panels, embeds, and API access until the subscription owner extends the trial or starts a paid subscription. Saved configuration stays available to review and edit.
Only the subscription owner can manage billing. Admins and members who want their own workspace can start a separate subscription from the app.
How do workflow slots and connections work?
Every plan includes at least 1 active Discord server install and 1 Notion workspace connection. Team and Pro can connect more, up to the plan limits above.
Each saved notification, summary, command, page list, or panel uses one Notion workspace and one Discord server destination at a time. A saved draft reserves its matching workflow slot until you finish or delete it.
Every subscription can also have one optional personal install for DM notifications, DM summaries, and /find. It does not add channel delivery, custom commands, Discord panels, or the viewer.
