Current docs vs release history
Older entries on this page describe the product as it worked at the time of release. For the current setup flow and feature behavior, use Getting Started, Guides, and Reference.
April 4, 2026
- Notifications Workspace-wide real-time rules - New notification rules now default to All pages, so you can save a working real-time rule without picking a database or page first, previews use a real recent shared page when available, and any currently shared page activity can trigger that rule.
April 2, 2026
- Tasks Page lists now use direct slash commands - Each page list now has its own slash command such as
/triage, the old global list-opener flow is gone, and built-in personal shortcuts were removed so page list commands now behave like normal commands end to end.

/viewer/...links manually before embedding them in Notion.
March 24, 2026
