Commands Not Working

Start in the Discord server where the command should work. Custom create commands and page lists need a NotiCord server install. They do not work in DMs or from a personal install.

   Start in Discord

   Try /help

   Type /help and choose NotiCord.

   /help is missing

   Refresh Discord once. If it is still missing, ask a server admin to check:

   • your role can Use Application Commands in this channel;
   • NotiCord appears under Server Settings → Integrations → Bots and Apps;
   • NotiCord's app and command access includes you.

   If the bot was removed, the subscription owner can use Reconnect Bot on NotiCord Overview.

   /help works

   Discord can reach NotiCord. This does not prove that a custom command is live, so continue below.

   For a custom command

   Check it in NotiCord

   Open Discord → Commands and find the exact slash name. If you cannot manage NotiCord, send that name to your subscription admin.

   Not listedCreate it, or ask the admin for the correct name.

   DraftFinish setup. Drafts are not added to Discord.

   Needs attentionFix the message shown on the row, then save.

   BlockedThe owner needs to restore access in Billing.

   ReadyUse the exact slash name in a connected server and refresh Discord once. If only some people or channels cannot see it, the server admin should check Discord's app and command access.

   If the command opens

   Follow the private Discord reply

   NotiCord usually tells you what needs to change.

   Source or workspace is missing

   Restore Notion access, or edit the command, choose a live source, and save.

   You need to link your account

   Run /link-account. A subscription admin must approve the request and link your Notion identity.

   Access Denied

   The subscription owner needs to restore access in Billing.

   Discord says “This interaction failed”

   Refresh and try once more. This message does not tell you the cause. If it repeats, contact support.
