What counts toward my notification limit?

Each Discord message posted by a notification rule counts as 1 notification. If multiple rules trigger for the same Notion event, each post counts separately.

Does not count:

• Using custom task commands (e.g., /bug, /task)
• Using /my-tasks or /find commands
• Button interactions (status changes, assign to me)
• Dashboard usage

Why aren't notifications instant?

Notifications typically appear within 3-10 seconds, but can take up to 1 minute due to:

1. Notion webhook batching - Notion aggregates events for up to 1 minute to reduce load
2. Network latency - Time to process webhook and communicate with Discord API
3. Processing time - Rule matching and message formatting

How do I share a database with NotiCord?

In Notion: ... menu → Add connections → NotiCord → Confirm. The database will be available for notification rules and commands.
