Task Creation Commands (Custom Names)
Create new tasks in Notion using custom command names
Each task database has its own custom command name (e.g., /bug, /feature, /task). You configure these names on the Tasks page.
How to Use
- Type your custom command in any Discord channel (e.g.,
/bug) - Select database (if multiple databases share the same command name)
- Only shows task databases with matching command name
- Fill the modal with fields configured by database owner
- Click Submit
The task is created instantly in Notion!
Examples
/bug- Creates bug report in Bug Tracker database/feature- Creates feature request in Feature Requests database/task- Creates general task in Tasks database

/my-tasks
See all tasks assigned to you across your Notion workspace
Shows up to 50 tasks assigned to you, sorted by recently edited.
Requirements:
- Tasks must be in connected task databases
- You must be assigned in the database's Assignee property
- Account linking required
/my-tasks command requires account linking. See Account Linking reference to get started.
/find
Search for pages and tasks by title across your Notion workspace
/find <search term>
Returns up to 10 results matching your search term. Searches titles only (not content).
/link-account
Link your Discord account to your Notion account
Submits a linking request to your subscription owner for approval. Required for /my-tasks command and "Assign to me" button.
Note: If you connected the Notion workspace during setup, you're already linked! See Account Linking reference for details.
/help
Check your account status and usage stats
Shows: Connection status, current plan, monthly notification usage, and quick links to NotiCord.
