Troubleshooting

Not Getting Notifications?

Check these 3 things:

1. Is your rule enabled?

   • Go to Rules page → Toggle should be ON (blue)

2. Can the bot post?

   • Open your Discord channel → Check bot has "Send Messages" permission

3. Is database shared?

   • Open database in Notion → Click Share → NotiCord should be in the list

Still not working? → Contact support

Quick Action Buttons Not Working?

"Link your account first" error? → Go to Settings → Click "Link Notion Account"

"You don't have permission" error? → Ask your Notion admin to share the database with you

Button does nothing? → It might be expired (>10 min old). Use the newest notification.

Commands Not Showing in Discord?

1. Refresh Discord - Press Ctrl+R (Windows) or Cmd+R (Mac)
2. Wait 5 minutes - Commands sync after bot install
3. Reinstall bot - Remove and re-add NotiCord to your server

"Quota Exceeded" Error?

You've hit your monthly limit (1,000 notifications for Starter plan).

Options:

• Wait for monthly reset (shown in Dashboard)
• Upgrade to Pro (5,000/month)
• Temporarily disable noisy rules
